Bio
Dr. Aaron Wesp has been practicing since 1989, with a focus on internal medicine, and clinical interest in heart failure, diabetes, and hypertension. He says, “I really enjoy caring for the elderly. My passion is the effort to keep patients as healthy as possible to give them the opportunity to live their best lives.”
He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is certified in Basic Life Support.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, graduating magna cum laude from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and attended Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ for his medical degree. He completed his residency with a focus on internal medicine at St. Louis University Hospital in MO, where he was co-chief resident 1992-1993, and Cardiology Fellowship 1993-1994.
He is a member of the American Medical Association and Texas Medical Association.
On a personal note, he and his wife enjoy antiquing, playing golf, cooking and going to their grandsons’ baseball games.
