Bio
Alan Hussein (pronounced “AL-uhn WHO-sayn”) is an AANP board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who began practicing in 2017. He has a wide range of clinical interests but focuses primarily on family health, wellness, and preventive care.
Alan completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan and his Master of Science Degree in Nursing at South University in Novi, Michigan. He is also a certified Department of Transportation (DOT) medical examiner and holds membership in the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, among others. Alan leverages his fluency in both English and Arabic to empower his patient population with tools and strategies to improve their health and prevent disease.
When he is not caring for patients, Alan is spending time outdoors with his family. He also engages in home improvement projects and has a special interest in classic cars.
