Nurse practitioner Amy Weaver (pronounced Eh mee / W EE ver) is devoted to providing her patients with quality care. She started practicing in 2006 with clinical interest in adult health. She treats adults.
Amy earned her undergraduate degree in nursing from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. She completed her nurse practitioner training and master of science degree in nursing at The University of Texas of Health Science Center in Houston, TX. Amy is a certified adult nurse practitioner (ANP-C). She is a member of Texas Nurse Practitioners (TNP), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She has clinical experience in family practice, endocrinology and internal medicine.
When she is not assisting patients, Amy enjoys reading, gardening and traveling.
