Dr. Ayesha Quayyum (pronounced “eye-shah qai-yoom”) is focused on family medicine and has clinical interests in preventive care and women's health. She began practicing in 2015.
Dr. Quayyum completed undergraduate study in psychology and biology at American University, in Washington, DC, medical school at the American University of Antigua College of Medicine, in Antigua and Barbuda, and a family medicine residency at East Tennessee State University–Quillen College of Medicine, in Kingsport. She is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), the American Academy of Family Practitioners (AAFP) and the Texas Academy of Family Practitioners (TAFP). She is fluent in English, Urdu and Hindi.
Dr. Quayyum was recognized by D Magazine’s list of “Best Doctors of 2022.” When not working, Ayesha enjoys spending time with her family.
