Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Brenda Witsaman (pronounced “WITS-uh-min””) has been practicing since 2018, with areas of clinical interest in health promotion and disease prevention for all ages, particularly in women’s health and adolescent health. Prior to practicing as an NP, she worked as an RN in public health, women's health, labor and delivery and medical-surgical nursing.
Brenda earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University, and a Master of Science in Nursing–Family Nurse Practitioner from Ursuline College. Brenda is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as well as being certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and as a CPR instructor for the Red Cross.
Brenda enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and extended family and friends; watching and attending sporting events; flower gardening; reading and traveling. Having relocated to Arizona, she still likes to cheer for the old home teams: the Buckeyes, Browns, Guardians, Blue Jackets and Cavaliers!
