Bio
Brian Cesarski, PT, MS, is a native of Long Island, NY, and a 1989 graduate of John H. Glenn High School, East Northport, New York.
Brian is an undergraduate alumni of Towson University, Towson, Maryland where he attended on a four-year lacrosse athletic scholarship. While there he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing in 1992. Brian was a member of the NCAA Division I. Towson University Tigers Men’s Lacrosse 1991 Finalist and 1992 Quarter-finalist lacrosse teams.
Brian then completed his physical therapy studies at the New York Institute of Technology-Long Island, Old Westbury, New York. While there he completed his second bachelor’s, a Bachelor of Science in Life Science with a Physical Therapy option, summa cum laude and completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy with an honors distinction in 2000.
Brian was a staff physical therapist at the New York University (NYU) Medical Center at the Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine for two years in addition to the U.S Athletic Training Center in Manhattan, New York City. In 2003, Brian transitioned to traveling physical therapy under Therex Inc. (previously National Rehab Partners, Inc.).
Brian relocated to the Houston area in 2004, where he successfully managed a Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Health Center Physical Therapy clinic and the NRG Wellness Center, both in Sugar Land, Texas. In addition, he was a staff physical therapist with both Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital and Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital. In March 2005, Brian established Cesarski Physical Therapy, originally located at JDH & Associates Spine & Sports Therapy, Houston, Texas. Brian transitioned from contract physical therapy services to outpatient therapy. Currently, Brian has managed the Village Family Practice Physical Therapy department since August 2007.
Brian is an avid sports enthusiast. As a college athlete, his team sports participation and his general interest in sports and sports injuries set Brian’s interest to pursue a career in physical therapy. His clinical interests are in outpatient general orthopedics, sports injuries, pain conditions and post-surgery rehabilitation. Brian advocates that all his patients be active participants in their physical therapy, encourages individual accountability, patient education and healthier lifestyle choices to promote the healing process.
Brian has two sons, Tyler and Brady, who keep him busy outside of work. They currently reside in Sienna Plantation, Missouri City, Texas. Brian enjoys being an involved father, an active participant in his sons’ educations, enjoys coaching/helping out with their sports/teams, spending as much quality time as possible with them and his bloodhound “Scout.” Brian values family, friends, sports/football/baseball/lacrosse/basketball, animals, food, outdoor activities, and being happy.
