Brooke Bain, PA-C

Brooke Bain, PA-C, is a Family Medicine provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care. With a strong focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and the treatment of common illnesses, she is determined to help her patients lead healthier lives. Brooke’s approach is centered on building long-term, trusting relationships with her patients, empowering them to take an active role in their health and well-being. She has a particular passion for women’s health, pediatric care, geriatrics, and addressing mental health concerns within the primary care setting.

Brooke earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University before pursuing her Master of Physician Assistant Practice at the University of Dayton. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and actively participates in several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), Michigan Academy of Physician Associates (MAPA), and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).

Outside of her professional life, Brooke values spending quality time with her family, friends, and her dog, Honey. As an avid lover of the outdoors, she enjoys taking Honey for walks at the park, along with reading, playing trivia, and creating music. As a firm believer in the power of positivity, Brooke strives to inspire her patients to feel confident and motivated in their healthcare journey, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
