Bio
Christy Bohlen, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner who has been providing care since 2014. Her clinical interests include caring for individuals of all ages from birth plus. She specifically enjoys building lifelong relationships with families and individuals to manage general wellbeing and chronic disease states to provide longevity and quality of life. She enjoys getting to know her patients on an individual basis and modifying care to meet individual needs.
Christy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia School of Nursing in 2009. She then went on to receive her Master's degree in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, from Ohio University in 2014. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
In her spare time, Christy enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys traveling as much as possible and enjoying the outdoors. She is married with three wonderful children and a very spoiled Yorkie.
