Bio
Connie Pham (pronounced “Con ee / Fam”), DO, is devoted to providing her patients with quality care. A doctor of osteopathic medicine, Dr. Pham started practicing in 2019 with clinical interest in pediatrics and geriatrics.
Dr. Pham earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville. She holds a master's in medical sciences with a concentration in molecular medicine from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Dr. Pham attended medical school at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in Bradenton, FL. She completed her residency with the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell Health at Plainview Hospital in Long Island, NY. Dr. Pham is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM).
On a personal note, Dr. Pham enjoys traveling, trying new foods and reading. She also enjoys theme parks and spending time with family.
