Bio
Dr. Fiona Wilson values the ability to provide a wide range of quality services to people of all ages. She partners with her patients, giving them the education and information, they need to make healthy lifestyle decisions on their own and prevent illnesses as much as possible.
Dr. Wilson was born in Aberdeen, Scotland, and educated at the University of Aberdeen Medical School. She traveled to New Guinea to perform research before returning to Scotland to finish her internship. Dr. Wilson completed her residency at the Franklin Square Family Practice Program in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Wilson’s philosophy is to educate her patients enough that they are able to partner with her in making decisions about their own health care. Also, she wants to promote wellness and influence behavior to prevent and treat illness. Dr. Wilson stays healthy by doing daily chores on her ranch, horse riding and training, and walking.
Professionally:
Dr. Wilson enjoys the entire spectrum of ages family medicine offers, from the newborns to the centenarians. This allows Dr. Wilson to take care of multiple generations of families, which she especially loves. She also is passionate about educating her patients and listening to them carefully, so they can jointly make the best decisions for their health.
Personally:
In her free time, Dr. Wilson likes to spend time with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys gardening, hiking, and arts and crafts.
