Bio
Greg Allen (pronounced “Greg / Al en”), MD, is committed to his patients’ health and wellbeing. He started practicing in 2007 with clinical interest in preventive health. Dr. Allen treats adults.
Dr. Allen obtained his undergraduate degree in microbiology from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. He attended medical school at Universidad Autónoma De Guadalajara in Mexico and completed his residency at the Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, IA, with a focus in family practice. Dr. Allen is board certified in family medicine, and he is also fluent in Spanish.
On a personal note, Dr. Allen is married with five children and one grandson. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, water skiing, snowboarding and playing pickleball.
