Howard Bernstein, MD

Howard R. Bernstein, MD, has been in practice for 50 years. Originally from Leeds, England, Dr. Bernstein attended the University of Manchester Medical School and completed post graduate studies in England. Upon completion of his medical training, Dr. Bernstein practiced Family, Emergency and Occupational Medicine in Canada for 10 years before settling down in Houston in 1977. Dr. Bernstein is a Life Member of the Harris County Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Practice. He is also certified by the American Association of Medical Review Officers and National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. He currently resides in the Meyerland area with his wife of 40 years. They have four children and two grandsons. In his spare time, Dr. Bernstein enjoys reading, swimming and playing tennis.
