Nurse Practitioner Jacey LeClair began practicing in 2018, with a focus on family medicine and clinical interest in geriatrics. She is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Jacey completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Phoenix in AZ, her Master of Science in Nursing-Leadership and Post-Master Family Nurse Practitioner at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ.
She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association. She served on the Arizona Hospice and Palliative Care Organization's Board of Directors for six years, including one year as president.
On a personal note, she enjoys spending time with her family—husband, five children and three grandchildren—and doing home improvement projects.
