Kelly Lapa, FNP-C, CWCN-AP, Dip-ACLM, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in preventive care and lifestyle interventions to manage and prevent diseases, with a particular focus on wound care. Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Kelly holds certifications from the Wound Certification Board, is a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and is certified in Plant-Based Nutrition.

Kelly completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona, and went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University. As an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM), Kelly values establishing meaningful connections with her patients.

Beyond her professional commitments, Kelly finds solace in gardening and hiking, actively participates in dog rescue efforts, and enjoys the company of her two dogs and two cats.
