Physician Assistant Kristi Catacutan (pronounced “Cat-uh-coo-tan”) began practicing in 2021, with a focus on family medicine, and clinical interest in preventive medicine, routine physical exams, women's health, and asthma. She is certified in Basic Life Support.
Kristi received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Austin, TX, and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Midland. She also has an Associate of Science in Liberal Sciences, received during high school at Lakeview Centennial High School in conjunction with Dallas County Community College District.
She is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and has been since she was a pre-PA student in 2016. More recently, she served on the TAPA Board of Directors in various positions, including Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Student Representative, Student Director, and Public Relations Committee Chair.
During her free time, she plays tennis and volleyball and enjoys various arts and crafts, as well as spending time with family and friends.
