Krystal D Sears, PhD, MSN-Ed, APRN, FNP-BC, has been practicing since 2007. Her main area of focus is Family Medicine with a special interest in chronic disease management and acute care symptomatology.
Krystal received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama. She then pursued her Master's of Science in Nursing Education at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Krystal completed her Post Master's Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Troy University in Montgomery, Alabama, and received her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Nursing from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
When she's not working, Krystal loves to read and research. She also likes to travel and shop. In her kitchen, you'll often find her baking or cooking up a storm. She enjoys spending time with her adult children.
Krystal is also an active member of the Anniston Alumnae chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
