Bio
Dr. Lahri Kancharla (pronounced “LAH-ree CAN-char-luh”) has been practicing since 2015 as Family Medicine physician treating pediatric, adult and geriatric patients. Her clinical interest is in practicing holistic medicine with focus on preventative care, women’s health, chronic and acute medical conditions.
Dr. Kancharla attended medical school at Deccan College of Medical Sciences in Hyderabad, India, and completed her Family Medicine residency at Louisiana State University in Monroe. Lahri is certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and is a member of the Texas Academy of Family Physicians (TAFP). In addition to English, she is fluent in Telugu and Hindi.
Away from work, Lahri is passionate about oil painting, and yoga and meditation. Married with two daughters, she enjoys outdoor activities like hiking with her family.
