Bio
Nurse Practitioner Lindsay Green (pronounced “LIND-zee GREEN”) is focused on Family Medicine with clinical interests in lifestyle medicine, preventative care and urgent care. She began practicing in 2018.
Lindsay completed her undergraduate study at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, and went on to earn a Doctor of Nursing degree from Rush University in Chicago. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN). She also belongs to the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). An educator since 2021, Lindsay is an assistant professor at the University of Northern Colorado’s School of Nursing. Previously, she was a Nurse Practitioner in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), where she cared for patients—from newborns to older adults—in an under-served clinic, in primary care and urgent care.
Lindsay and her family relocated from Illinois to Colorado, where they love living and try to take advantage of all that the region has to offer: cycling, camping, hiking, running and spending time in the mountains. Lindsay enjoys gardening, cooking, and making memories with her family, which includes two children and a Labrador retriever.
