Bio
Dr. Lynn Bellmore (pronounced “LIN BELL MORE”) is focused on family medicine and has clinical interests in preventive medicine, mind-body medicine, exercise and nutrition, chronic disease management and whole-person care. She began practicing in 2018.
Dr. Bellmore completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Wisconsin, in Green Bay, medical school at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, in Madison, and a family medicine residency at North Colorado Family Medicine, in Greeley. She also received a Master of Science in Nutritional Science from Northern Illinois University, in DeKalb, and completed a fellowship at the University of Arizona Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.
She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine (ABLM). She also holds certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Additionally, she belongs to the American Academy of Family Practice (AAFP), the American Medical Women's Association (AMWA), and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM).
Dr. Bellmore is a dietitian-turned-physician and is passionate about empowering patients to take charge of their health. She is a Health at Every Size® (HAES ®) provider and has worked in residency education and on various provider wellness committees. She loves running, biking, hiking, camping and taking advantage of all Colorado offers. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, crafting with her kids and creating health and wellness information to share with others.
