Bio
Nurse Practitioner Marcia Timmons (pronounced “MAR-see-uh TI-muns”) is focused on primary care, with a clinical interest in internal medicine. She has been practicing since 2019.
Marcia earned her bachelor’s in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing. She went on to receive a master’s degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ, a Master of Science Nursing- Family Nurse Practitioner from South University in Savannah, GA, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Outside of work, Marcia enjoys crafting and DIYing, spending time with family, traveling and fishing. She is an active member of her sorority, the Kappa Iota Zeta Sorority Incorporated.
