Matt Ptaszkiewicz, MD

Matthew J. Ptaszkiewicz, MD is a member of the Village Medical Urgent Care team. Beginning his practice in 2002, Dr. Ptaszkiewicz holds certification from the American Board of Family Medicine, with an additional qualification in Family Medicine and clinic interest in Urgent Care.

Dr. Ptaszkiewicz completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Wayne State University. Further education led to a degree in medicine from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan. He completed his residency training at Beaumont Family Practice, Grosse Pointe, Michigan.

Outside of practice, Dr. Ptaszkiewicz devotes time to the outdoors. His many activities include backpacking, going off the grid, biking, and paddleboarding. He enjoys horsepower and RPMs and his musical preference sits with the hair bands of the late 1980s and early 1990s.
