Mohammad Alhaji (pronounced “Mo hah mad/Al haj ee”), MD, is dedicated to the wellbeing of his patients. He started practicing in 2017 with clinical interest in nephrology (diseases of the kidney).
Dr. Alhaji completed his medical training at Tishreen University in Latakia, Syria. He started his residency with Cook County Health in Chicago, IL, with a focus in internal medicine, then did the internal medicine physician/hospitalist program at St. Joseph Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He then completed a nephrology fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit Michigan. Dr. Alhaji is board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). He is a member of the American Medical Association (AMA). In addition to English, Dr. Alhaji speaks Arabic fluently.
In his free time, Dr. Alhaji enjoys swimming and soccer.
