Dr. Nirmala Kethineni is dedicated to providing her patients with quality primary care. She started practicing in 2005 with clinical interest in adolescent, adult and geriatric care; complex internal medicine health issues; weight loss; preventive care and women’s health. Dr. Kethineni completes well child exams, adult physical exams, well woman exams and Medicare annual wellness visits.
Dr. Kethineni attended medical school at Mysore Medical College & Research Institute in Mysore, Karnataka, India. She completed her residency work with a specialty in internal medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Odessa, TX. Dr. Kethineni is a member of the Harris County Medical Society (HCMS) and the Texas Medical Association (TMA). She is fluent in Telugu, Kannada and Hindi.
As a child, Dr. Kethineni was a classical dancer and still enjoys dancing. She loves listening to music of all kinds. Dr. Kethineni is interested in teaching since precepting medical students and physician assistant students.
