Patrice Miller Shaw, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a dedicated Doctorally prepared nurse practitioner who began her practice in 2015. She has a special interest in Family Practice, with a focus on chronic disease management, preventative care, health promotion, mental health, obesity, weight loss, and nutrition.
Patrice completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Lakeview College of Nursing in Danville, IL. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Baylor University in Waco, TX. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.
Outside of her professional life, Patrice loves spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She enjoys traveling, experiencing different cultures, going on adventures, visiting beaches, and cooking with her husband.
