Rea A. Colby, RN, MSN, CRNP, FNP-C, specializes in Family Medicine with a keen focus on diabetes, hypertension, and pain management. Starting her practice in 2019, Rea is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She holds degrees from SUNY Adirondack (ASN), Chamberlain University (RN-MSN Bridge), and Norwich University (BS in Electrical Engineering).
