Ruth Trochez-Gallego, APRN FNP-C, is a member of Village Medical Primary Care team. Her journey in healthcare began with a specialization in emergency medicine for eight years. She then decided to expand her training to be a part of preventive and continuation of care.
Mrs. Trochez-Gallego's area of expertise lies in primary and preventive care. She manages acute and chronic medical conditions for patients of all ages. Her approach to patient care revolves around building a trusting environment and involving patients in all aspects of their care.
She places great importance on comforting patients and reducing their anxiety during their visits. She believes in involving them in medical decisions. "I enjoy helping patients set and achieve goals that will lead them to live a healthier, more fulfilling life," she says.
Outside of work, Mrs. Trochez-Gallego enjoys spending time with her family. She loves road trips, playing games, singing, and cooking.
