Bio
Physician Assistant Sara Wilson began practicing in 2004 with a focus on family medicine, and clinical interest in pediatrics and women's health. She is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She says, “I absolutely LOVE being a PA. Taking care of my patients and getting to know them brings me such joy.”
Sara received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, CO, and a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies and Child Heath at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver, CO. She was one of the first practicing physician assistants in England, and helped establish the role of the physician assistant in the United Kingdom, which included practicing in a local clinic and working with the St. George School of Medicine in London to establish PA curriculum, coursework, board exam questions, etc.
On a personal note, Sara has five children and spends weekends at the soccer pitch, snuggled up with a good book or spending time at their church.
