Bio
Simone Stewart, APRN, FNP-BC, has been practicing Family Medicine since 2012. She has an extensive background in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, as well as expertise in weight loss management.
Simone completed her Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with a minor in Sociology, at McNeese State University. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She obtained her Master's degree in Nursing from LSU Health Science Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Nursing at Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Simone also holds certifications in botox and filler injections, as well as BioTe hormone pellets. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing, the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners (LANP), and the National Black Nurse Practitioner Association.
Simone is committed to providing the highest quality, cost-effective treatment for her patients. She believes in treating all her patients as if they were her own family. In addition to her medical Spanish skills, Simone is a proud mother of a Registered Nurse and grandmother to a delightful grandson and granddaughter. She also has two brilliant pre-teens who never cease to amaze her.
