What is Patient Relations?
At Village Medical, our goal is providing care that is compassionate, considerate, and patient-centered. Patient Relations hopes to enhance the overall patient experience throughout the organization. Our department works as a liaison, connecting you and/or members of your family to your health care providers and staff to get the quality care you expect and deserve. Focused on your best interests, a member of our staff will listen carefully to your concerns and determine an effective approach for facilitating a resolution. We hope to foster a good line of communication between you, your health care provider, and staff.
