Village Medical virtual visits
Village Medical offers virtual visits to patients who want quality care from experienced providers without traveling to one of our clinics. Virtual visits allow you to have an appointment with a Village Medical provider on your computer or smartphone.
Why virtual care?
The care you need with the convenience you want
Virtual visits are available for routine appointments, medication renewal requests or if you’re unwell. See a local Village Medical physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner when and where it is most convenient for you.
- See a Village Medical doctor from the safety and comfort of your own home
- No special software, apps or passwords needed
- Same-day appointments available
If you have an existing provider at your local Village Medical location, you’ll be paired with that provider whenever possible.
Care is a click away
You’ll receive a text or email link 15-30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. One click opens the “virtual waiting room,” where your provider will join you shortly to start your visit.
In most cases, your copay will be the same as a regular office visit copay. Most major insurance plans are accepted.
Schedule now
To schedule a virtual visit, schedule online or call your local clinic.
Please note, we’re currently experiencing high call volumes and wait times may be extended. Stay on the line, and we’ll be with you as soon as we’re able.
